• JVC released the JVC XV-BP1 that can playback H264 straight from Matroska on USB drives (source)
• Philips release the BDP5000 that can play HD Matroska files (source)
• Samsung is adding support for Matroska (and YouTube) playback in existing Blu-Ray players via a firmware update (source)
• Asus releases the HDP-R1 network media player with Matroska support (source)
• Verismos Networks has the VuNow VN1000HD that play Matroska from the USB or the network (source)
• MediaGate released the MG-M2TV with Matroska support and RV10 (not sure about RV10 in Matroska) (source)
• MVix released the Ultio that can play Matroska files from the internal HDD or from the network (source)
• Moxi adds HD Matroska playback to their player via software update (source)
• Brando has a whole suite of HDD based media players with Matroska support (P3000T, HD Media Player Docking Station,Olevia HD Media Player (ZP-500), Hi-Media HD8A Full HD Media Player, Egreat Network Media Player NMT EG-M31B)
• LaCie released more external HDD with Matroska playback (LaCinema Rugged HD, LaCinema Black PLAY, LaCinema Black RECORD, LaCinema Black MAX)

• Network Media Tank has a new follwup to the popular PopCorn Hour, the C-200(source)
• Teclast announced the M66 PMP that support 720p from Matroska (source)
• Zinnet has 2 media players that can play Matroska from the network or the USB drive(CinemaCube HD, CinemaTube)
• Nec will support DivX HD Plus (H264+AAC+Matroska) playback in its future EMMA chips (source)
